MANAGEMENT FORCE Group joined the CSR HELLAS annual event, celebrating with the Vasilopita cake-cutting ceremony, while engaging in keynote speeches and a lively roundtable discussion on corporate social responsibility, innovation, and community impact.
The event opened with greetings from CSR HELLAS Board President Ms. Alexandra Palli and Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis.
In the keynote speech, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Ms. Niki Kerameos highlighted the Ministry's initiatives on pay transparency and equality in the workplace. An intervention by Deputy Minister of Social Cohesion and Family Ms. Elena Rapti focused on social cohesion and family support.
The roundtable discussion on "Equal Pay for Equal Work – Pay Transparency" featured distinguished participants:

MANAGEMENT FORCE Group participated in the European Sustainable Industry Summit 2025, organized by CSR HELLAS under CSR Europe, focusing on the timely theme: “How to Sell Sustainability to SMEs.”
During the summit, the roundtable moderated by Ms. Alexandra Palli Giannakopoulos, President of CSR HELLAS, brought together senior executives and sustainability leaders from top organizations across Europe. MANAGEMENT FORCE Group shared insights on integrating sustainability practices within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), highlighting practical approaches for ESG adoption.
The summit showcased innovative strategies and best practices for embedding sustainability into corporate operations, emphasizing its role as a key driver of competitiveness, resilience, and long-term value creation.

On December 1st, 2025, the 7th CSR School 2025 was successfully completed under the auspices of CSR HELLAS, with the participation of an executive from MANAGEMENT FORCE Group. The program enhanced our team’s expertise in corporate sustainability, ESG, and corporate social responsibility.
The multi-level training featured:
• 15 Best Practices
• 5 Workshops
• 2 Round Tables
With the contribution of:
• 15 academics
• 39 business executives
• 17 representatives of institutional and social organizations
Participants will receive, upon successful examination:
